Roxby Council's Organisational Structure

Our organisational structure is designed to support the delivery of the services, infrastructure and community programs that contribute to the wellbeing of the Roxby Downs community.

The organisation is made up of four key portfolios:

* Office of the Chief Executive
* Finance and Corporate Services
* Essential Services and Assets
* Lifestyle, Sport and Community

Council operates a collaborative hybrid workforce model that combines the knowledge and experience of Council employees with specialist external expertise. This approach enhances organisational capability, strengthens governance and provides access to additional skills and resources to support strategic initiatives, priority projects and service delivery.

While each portfolio has distinct responsibilities, our teams work collaboratively across the organisation to share knowledge, solve challenges and deliver positive outcomes for the community. Through this model, Council continues to build internal capability while maintaining a strong focus on accountability, sustainability and continuous improvement. This approach enables Council to adapt to changing circumstances while continuing to meet the evolving needs of the community.

The diagram below provides a high-level overview of Council's organisational structure and the collaborative approach that supports the delivery of services, infrastructure and community outcomes.
