We’re improving how you contact us

We’ve launched a new platform to make it easier to report issues, ask questions, or share feedback.

By creating an account, you can track your service requests, receive updates on progress, and manage your interactions with us — either with your email or by logging in via Google, Microsoft, or Facebook.

During this transition period, our existing online forms will remain available for a short time to give the community a chance to get used to the new platform; these forms can be accessed at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to start using the new My Roxby Council platform and account features, which will progressively become the primary way to get in touch.
